Where is your store?

We’re nestled in the Hunter Valley, at Shop 6/2D Cooper St, Cessnock NSW 2325 (between Lowes and Best & Less). 

Can I pick up an online order in store?

Yes of course! Please select 'Click & Collect' at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you within 1 hour, subject to our trading hours.

Do you offer Returns?

Yes we offer returns on all garments except for final clearance prices (please see our returns policy here)

Can I return an online order in store?

You certainly can, as long as your return complies with our general returns policy.

Do you offer Exchanges?

If you wish to exchange a size, contact us as soon as possible to have us hold your size if still available. For this option, we request that we receive the return within 7 days of you receiving. Once we receive your item back we will send out the new size at your expense.

Can I change/cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, subject to availability, a size or colour may be changed if your order has not yet been processed.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Standard Post for orders within Australia valued over $100 AUD. For Standard Post within Australia for orders under the value of $100 AUD our shipping fee is $10.
Express Post with Signature is also available for $15 AUD.                      Standard Post to NZ is also available for $20 AUD.

How can I track my item?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

Do you deliver furniture and other oversized items?

Unfortunately selected items including furniture, oversized and fragile decor are available for pick up only. Please read the product descriptions carefully to determine whether or not a product is available for delivery.

Do you Gift Wrap?

Yes. If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent straight to the recipient please leave us a note in checkout with your personal message. We will include a little gift card in the parcel and make sure all prices are removed.

I need help with the sizing of a product. Do you have a Size Guide?

Yes, we have a Size Guide! You may review it here.

Please be aware that our Size Guide is intended as a guide only. If you would like specific sizing information for a product you can email us and one of our team can measure the garment and get back to you with exact sizing. Please be mindful that responsibility for your own measurements remains with you. 

Rest assured that if your purchase doesn't fit you perfectly or you're not 100% happy with it you are welcome to return it to us as long as it meets our return guidelines.

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promo Code?

Gift Vouchers and Promo Codes may be entered in the checkout.
Simply type in your code and click “apply" and your discount will be automatically applied to your order.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Unfortunately you can only use one discount code at a time.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option that we offer on all of our Australian orders. For more information please view our Afterpay info page.

What do I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

Occasionally we, or the people making your garments can make a mistake. If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item please contact us via email at info@bohobungalow.com.au or call the store on 0412 008 806 so we can fix this for you ASAP.

Sizing tends to vary between different brands. Therefore the below information is intended as a guide only.

We aim to provide detailed sizing guides in each product description.

However, please do not hesitate to contact us directly through our online chat or at info@bohobungalow.com.au to discuss the perfect fit for you!

 

Returns

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchases! However we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.

By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase. 

Returns Policy

  • We offer a Store Credit (valid for 3 years) for the below items returned within 14 days of you receiving them.
  • Merchandise must be returned in their original unworn and unwashed state.
  • Merchandise must have original garment and swing tags still attached.
  • All Footwear returns must include original packaging, including Shoe Box. Please note, the Shoe Box cannot be used as a postal box and requires its own postal packaging.
  • Clearance/Sale items purchased from our 'CLEARANCE' page cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewellery, Hats, Books, Body products and Homewares cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and the item’s arrival.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return policy period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

How to Return

  • Returned purchases must include a completed Returns Form
  • A copy of Proof of Purchase must be enclosed: Tax Invoice or Order Confirmation email
  • All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Therefore, we strongly recommend sending with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
  • If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping as part of your return
  • Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that it has been processed. A Credit will be provided to you by Email.
  • If you require an alternate size, contact us as soon as possible to have us hold your size if still available. For this option, we request that we receive the return within 7 days of you receiving. Once we receive your item back we will send out the new size at your expense.

Items purchased online may also be returned instore. The same returns conditions apply.

Faulty Items

We aim to represent and dispatch quality garments only. However, if you believe the item you have received is faulty, please follow the below steps:

  1. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly and have the item replaced for you where possible. Contact us via info@bohobungalow.com.au with the following:  Order Number, Name, Address, Item at Fault, Description of Fault, and Photographic Evidence. Please note, refunds cannot be guaranteed without this.
  1. We will aim to review your claim within 3 business days. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item faulty.
  2. You will need to return the item to us in its original and unwashed condition, including original packaging and tags. You will need to include a printed and completed Returns Form
  3. We will supply you with Prepaid Shipping and require you to return the item securely and immediately.
  4. We must receive Faulty items within 14 days of you receiving the delivery.
  5. Upon safe receipt, we will then Refund or Credit you with any shipping costs and the cost of the item.

All orders can be collected in-store within one hour of purchasing, subject to our trading hours. Please have your order confirmation on hand.

Saturday: 9:30 - 1:00

Free Local Delivery - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s after 4pm.
  • Available for orders of $50 or more.
  • Available for addresses within a 10km radius of our store (Shop 6/2D Cooper St, Cessnock NSW 2325)
  • Cut off for Free Local Deliveries will be 3pm Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
  • If you have specific delivery instructions please leave a note during checkout.
  • If no one is home, all orders will be left unattended in a safe place followed by a text message confirmation and photo.
  • If a mobile number is not provided during checkout we will not be able to confirm once your order has been delivered. 
  • We take no responsibility for theft or damage by weather.
  • Please note that we will not enter a property with unrestrained animals. In this case, the order will be taken back to our store for pick up. 

Shipping

All parcels and packages are posted with Australia Post with signature on delivery required. “Authority to Leave” may be requested in the “Cart”, however, please note that Boho Bungalow will not be responsible for theft or damage by weather if this option is selected. 

Shipping Costs:

  • FREE Standard Post for orders within Australia and valued over $150 AUD*
  • $10 AUD for Standard Post for orders within Australia under the value of $100 AUD
  • $15 AUD for Express Post for all orders within Australia 
  • $20 AUD for Standard Post to New Zealand  

*Note: there may be further shipping costs required for fragile or larger items.

When will my order be shipped?

All online orders are processed and sent within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders received before 3pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, will be sent out the same day where possible. However, during our busy period, such as holiday seasons, there may be minor delays.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please check your junk mail.

You will also receive a confirmation text message from Australia Post with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Therefore it is important that you provide a mobile number during checkout rather than a landline.

Feel free to contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order, or for any other shipping queries.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once shipped, delivery time is beyond our control and in the hands of Australia Post. Please use the information below as a general guide only.
